    It may have ended the same way but why not have Gibson start the 6th inning. He's a starter so he's not use to coming in mid-inning. Sunday's game gave you that feeling after you eat Pizza. Good overall (the series) but it ends with you needing TUMS. My hope is a game like this keeps them focused on finishing the job.

    Ryan Gosling can play him in the movie. Honestly is Falvey proven himself in areas that seem to be important to the Red Sox? Rebuilding the farm system, trading away assets to both trim payroll and help said minor leagues. That's not say Falvey is doing a bad job, just maybe not the ideal candidate for the Red Sox.

    Full disclosure. After Dozier threw a hissy fit in Baltimore my fandom lessened. I know don't blame the entire team for one guy being a jerk but somethings can just get under your skin. Add the embarrassing play and I'm kind of checked out.

    Last season the Twins were a below .500 team with a bad run differential for nearly 2/3 of the season. They got hot at the right time and faced poor competition for the second wildcard spot.
