    News Flash. When you said the same thing yesterday. The analogy you used was about his wrist. You said "let's break Santana's wrist and then put him in the outfield when he isn't 100%" Now you mentioned Kirilloff's shoulder surgery. So which is it that attributed to the back and nerve issues that he's dealing with now? In his vulnerable state. And you also mentioned how he was "raking" so it didn't affect him at first. But then it did.

    Total nonsense regarding Kirilloff. His wrist surgery was 2 years ago. Putting him in LF got him hurt? I guess if one posts no fact based drivel often enough it'll become the truth.

    Cole didn't strike out a batter per inning. It was .95. Those were some not good Pirates teams. And they did handle him cautiously. Just like any organization would. Just because he wasn't known on the national stage doesn't mean baseball people weren't taking note. And if you're insisting that the ball Martin booted in the 1st inning where he moved 3 feet wasn't an error. Then I question your baseball IQ. Since you're questioning mine.

    Kepler does that on every ball in the gap. Most of the time he's not even in the picture. Lollygagging. 😄

    I'm talking about the ball from the 1st inning. Which was a routine grounder that he booted. You're talking about the diving stop which I acknowledged as a nice play. Read before you respond

    Where does this come from? And LF! is more demanding than 1st but "temporarily more vulnerable hitter" and jeopardize his swing and health? Really? Oh and Cole was a monster in Pittsburgh.

    Martin did BOOT that ball and it WAS an error. Even if it wasn't scored one. He made a nice play on the grounder where Ryan didn't cover 1st. And Vasquez doesn't get a pass. 2 poor games he's caught in a row. If it were Jeffers, I doubt you'd defend his play

    I didn't see anyone call out Ryan for hitting 2 Mariners. Nor did I see anyone demanding payback. Hmmm. Is it somehow different when it happens to Twins opponents?

    The history of baseball. Did Roger Bresnahan sharpen those framing techniques. He had to be the guy who invented it. On the advice from John McGraw. You know. The guy who took balls in the outfield and if one was hit in the gap would miraculously throw runners out trying for extra bases. They used to do that too.

    Yes and yes I would. Even if Buxton who looks like he's going on one of his hot streaks and Jeffers is coming on the last 6 games. Too many times they just disappear for long stretches.

    You just made my point. They have plenty of guys who can play 2nd base. They still don't have a 2nd baseman. They have a SS they have 1st and 3rd base covered. The have a RF. CF is covered when Buxton plays. Otherwise it's musical chairs. One day Castro one day Martin. Margot has played there. That doesn't make them CFers. If the Twins are moving guys in the minors, it's simply because they're not suited to that position.

    If Paddack really has arm fatigue. Why was he so upset when Rocco came out to replace him? I know he was getting knocked around like a redheaded step child. But a guy with arm fatigue wouldn't be fighting so hard to stay in the game. Sure. The competitor in him wants to fight through it. But not if your arms dead. Twins are playing with fire here regarding placing guys on the IL. He's 2 years removed from surgery. They did it late last year too with Gallos phantom foot issue. When it was really "suckitis" affliction.
