    I just hope Matthew's isn't super nervous and overthrow's the ball. Guys first games, they are usually so amped up the pitches are all over the board. This pitcher is supposed to have good control of the strike zone and a good strikeout pitcher. Would be nice if Twins hit on pitching in the draft.

    Twins lack of situational hitting and bullpen failures reflect Pohlad ownership pinching pennies and cutting corners.

    Now we know why Rocco pinch hits for Larnach all year long. Although maybe if Rocco didn't do that, the rookies actually learn to hit. Twins bullpen has cracks that Cleveland doesn't. That is why trade deadline was such a let down.

    Farmer should be DFA'd, he is toast. He is not an asset on defense. Martin would have caught that floating chip shot broken bat hit.

    Royce Lewis and Mianda have not had good at-bat's today. We need more from those two guy's if this season will amount to anything.

    Thirlbar and Farmer have contracts the Pohlads will not cut lose. Same thing with Gallo last year.

    Twins lack plate discipline, that Cleveland shows. They are much more professional at having good at-bats with good contact. Rocco doesn't have good feel for in game situations.
