    By all accounts Tony O is still a big hero in Cuba. I've always wondered why the Twins haven't used that in attracting players from there. You'd think he'd be a great salesman. Do we have any Cuban players in the system now that Morales is gone?

    I would take Jon Jay, his name was mentioned in another thread and the Cards have excess OF'ers. He is a better player career wise than Fuld, younger and still a couple years of control. Could fill center until Buxton comes up and move Fuld to the 4th OF spot where he fits better. It would also mean no infielders or Parmalee playing CF which is a good thing imo.

    One playoff series win in 16 years as GM and no playoff games won in 10 for the Manager why would anyone even bring up making changes with that track record?

    My first game was the 3rd home game in 61. All I remember is Jim Lemon looked really big. Had been to the Met the year before for a Millers game, Yaz was the big star for the Millers turned out to be a fair player.

    Sometimes AAAA guys turn out to be good players and top prospects turn out to be duds. Anybody think Ortiz was a top prospect? Turned out to be a very good player only not here. We know at the end of the season Willy is gone so get something for him. Any luck he turns into a great DH for another team. (That was snarky, sorry).

    After the last 4 1/2 years they should be worried about getting as many good baseball players as possible and not worry so much about money, imo. The Pohlads aren't going to run out of money.
