I hope he gets another chance somewhere, he just has such potential. Can't fault the Twins here either as it's hard to justify sticking with an often-injured 25 year old in A+, even if can rake when healthy. I wonder if he can even be of any use in the outfield anymore with all of the injuries.

You know it's a slow time of year for baseball and the team when a minor waiver claim gets two pages of responses in just a few hours! Every team is making minor adjustments to their 40 man roster right now. Raley might not even be on the 40 man in a week. I'm hoping this thread gets up to at least 5 pages. Get to work! -Brett

Does anyone know what happened to Brignac? He was a top 100 prospect for years and has seemingly dropped off a cliff, even in the minors last year. He could be a good "change of scenery" guy. It's not like we have anything special in the middle infield to block anyways.

I can't wait for someone to come up with a lame argument against this. No risk. All upside...even if we never see it. I hope we can get Webb to do the same thing. Why not? If they have any success it can lead to a deadline prospect deal or make the Twins better.

I never really posted much on BYTO, but read it on a daily basis. Just when I felt like contributing, the site goes bye-bye. *sigh*
