    Reminds me of a time the Twins had another 4 WAR player they decided to trade...his name was Denard Span and that deal has killed the Twins thus far. I wouldn't be in a rush to trade a valuable player like Plouffe unless you get something truly special and can't miss in return. 3 WAR a year catcher would make sense.

    Sadly this game was over after the first inning, this offense wasn't going to score 4 runs all game regardless. Meyer looks like a mess.

    I don't think they would send him all the way to AAA, I think he could be a nice asset in the pen. May seems to have trouble going deep into games anyways: 50% of his starts have gone less than 6 IP, and he has only gone 7IP in 14% of his starts. Now May is still young and all, but if he is going to "make it" as a starter in the league he is going to have to figure out how to be more consistent and give you more innings.

    Why on earth does a team need 8 bullpen arms? Espeically when half of them are guys you don't want to pitch in big spots anyways: Meyer, Graham, Duensing, etc 7 is the absolute max a team should have.

    Hicks and Robinson could be on the roster at the same time until Buxton returns and it would be fine. There is any number of pitchers in the pen who could be sent down, or cut (Duensing)

    Nolasco has done nothing to earn a rotation spot if and when he comes back. If these guys are all pitching like they are and healthy no way do any get put in the pen in favor of nolasco

    The good news tonight is that the Twins typically OWN Danks, so I am guessing a 12-2 win by the Twins or a 2-1 loss.

    I would rather seem him learn and flail away then watch a couple of guys who aren't anything more then UTIL INF on a good team take his DH at bats.

    I might lose it if Nunez or Escobar is at DH with freaking Vargas on the bench.

    The playoffs are a crapshoot, if you are good enough to make the playoffs, you are good enough to win a couple best of 5 and 7 game series.
