    Ok, full disclosure. Trump is right, the last pair of baseball cleats I bought was during a trip to Minneapolis, I admit that in an effort to avoid paying "tariffs" when returning home, I rubbed dirt all over them and scuffed them to make it look like I had owned them for quite some time. I apologise for treating Americans so unfairly.

    The USA will get an automatic berth and early indications are all three host countries likely will. The tournament is expanding to 48 teams by 2026, so that likely makes it a lot more feasible. It certainly helps Canada much more than the other two, lol.

    Some facts sure would be useful on the whole dairy issue. Trump complaining that NAFTA is at fault for the Canada-US dairy dispute, is 100% inaccurate. The problem is over production and mainly to do with ultra-filtered milk. The fact that Canada has long used a system of supply management has nothing to do with the problems facing Wisconsin dairy farmers. In fact, those farmers have no issue with the Canadian industry. The fact that the US enjoys an almost 400 million dollar trade surplus with Canada in the dairy industry, should be clue number one that trade is not the problem, in particular NAFTA. Is there some protectionism at play? Of course, the agricultural sector is probably the most protected industry in almost every country in the world, but it always has been. Not surprised this issue is once again over his head. If Trump truly wants to help dairy farmers in Wisconsin, he should come up with a supply management plan that helps them make better use of their product at home, for a fair price. What an idiot.

    Yes they were. That guy has a magic horseshoe so far up his ass nobody can possibly find it. Seems to be falling out against the Caps though, fingers crossed.

    I'd be perfectly happy with Vegas going down in a ball of flames to Washington. As should any self respecting fan of long suffering hockey teams to never have won the Cup. Having that fan base celebrate a Stanley Cup in their first year of existence makes me want to vomit. And yes, I am bitter. I'm ok with that.

    Zucker-Coyle-Nino, goose egg in 5 games but yeah.....Dumba. Whoo boy.

    Dumba has his warts, like most young defensemen but he was arguably the Wild's best player against the Jets. No way they win one or stay even close in a couple of others without him. He was put in an awfully tough position with Suter out. Playing top, hard minutes in all situations against one of the top lines in the NHL. What do people expect? He did an admirable job.

    Yeesh, that was a steamrolling. Not sure anyone was going to stop the Jets last night. Depth was the difference. Minnesota just couldn't keep up all the way through the lineup and beyond.

    Ugh, that's a tough one for the Wild. Don't like to see that, especially to a guy like Parise. That's going to be tough mentally on the team, not only missing his skill but creates a big leadership void as well.
