  1. Paid what is the question. By the time I go see the Twins play in late September, I expect to be compensated for it.
  2. A wiener POBO? What a strange name for a sandwich.
  3. Uhh......why umm......uh...why would you do that by chance?

  5. That just hurt my brain......good grief.
  6. It takes something momentous to make me vomit. I think it stems from when I was around 10 years old and after everyone had left the table at Christmas dinner, I went around and drained what was left of everybody's wine glass. Needless to say I vomited pretty much all night but in the process I'm pretty sure I developed an iron stomach. Stop looking at me like that......
  7. Not so fast, I think Mollie might be making his OF lineup decisions based on who wins the biggest bubble blowing contest each night. Stick him next to the sunflower seeds to be safe.
  8. I'm somewhat less nauseous about Schafer playing because at least Grossman isn't. I still feel queasy but I think some antacid should resolve it.
  9. Paul Molitor filling out a lineup card seems to be proving Einstein right these days.
  10. Angry is ok, it's alright to be angry sometimes. It's sadness you have to watch out for, that sucker is hard to get rid of for some. Fortunately the Twins make me more angry than sad, which is a good thing................well, maybe not for my furniture.
  11. If only your brain had an external hard drive so I could get rid of some of the stuff I wish i never knew.
  12. “Cynicism masquerades as wisdom, but it is the farthest thing from it. Because cynics don’t learn anything. Because cynicism is a self-imposed blindness, a rejection of the world because we are afraid it will hurt us or disappoint us.” ― Stephen Colbert
  13. Chad Leistikow, beat writer for the Hawkeyes thinks the same thing. I'm curious to see how Claeys does in his first full year in charge. I think the offense will be more dynamic with him there and the D should be very strong again. I think it will be between them and Iowa.
  14. New Orleans is Sinking Locked in the Trunk of a Car Courage Fifty Mission Cap Wheat Kings Ahead By a Century Nautical Disaster Bobcaygeon Inevitability of Death Looking for a Place to Happen Little Bones On The Verge Three Pistols Grace too So Hard Done By Long Time Running
  15. GCTF......Sunfest.............nuff said.
  16. Was there, Gordie walked out bald as a cue ball, the lights came on and they went right into Three Pistols and didn't let up all night. One of the things I remember most was the three people in front of us being the only ones sitting down and seeming right put off by it. Hopefully their life got better over the years.
  17. That was my last one Me debunk an american myth? And take my life in my hands? Where the great plains begin At the hundredth meridian At the hundredth meridian Where the great plains begin
  18. If there’s a goal that everyone remembers It was back in old seventy two We all squeezed the stick and we all pulled the trigger And all I remember is sitting beside youYou said you didn’t give a **** about hockey And I never saw someone say that before You held my hand and we walked home the long way You were loosening my grip on Bobby Orr
  19. Yeah, I'm no botanist but I'm sure they have it sorted. Kicking the CFL team out of there should help it.
