    I find it funny that people who support getting Bumgarner have an issue with this move. Obviously different roles but very similar in that past performance is how both of them are valued. Not sure how anyone has a problem with this. Wait and see if this is the only thing they do, then you can cry about it. Until that comes to pass, this is a solid move.

    I might know him funny enough, we've never bothered to find out. He's a pretty infrequent poster from my observation but has been around for a long time. I believe he was a BYTO member, no? I'll do an exploratory mission. It's Winnipeg, there's a good chance he's my neighbour.

    Care to elaborate on Hosken? I think he stands out personally. He's also able to handle some of our more troublesome posters with some tact in my opinion.

    Personally I like Hosken Bombo Disco's style. He has good content, is knowledgeable, on the site frequently and has some edge to him at times. He has a pretty dry wit, which I like when a point needs to be made sometimes. Not sure about Blake, I like him but he's a bit flaky at times. I think he might take things a bit personal. Don Walcott seems ok to me. Nine of Twelve might be an option. I'd like to see some more of his posts first. Not sure he's strong enough either.

    The strategy is there appears not to be one. It's cutting edge.

    I don't think the Twins are looking at any moral victories in losing to the Yankees. It's probably given them some more belief that they can compete with them, but I doubt it sits well with them that they lost. I think they'll be hungry to beat them in the Fall, if they meet.

    Seems to me there is a better chance a team over .500 is going to play better than a team under .500. On any given day teams over .500 are winning more often, kind of how they got there. If winning the last series of the season guaranteed you a division title,who would you rather play? The Tigers or the Yankees? Its not even close.

    Welp, losing to these guys always sucks but at least theTwins threw some punches the last couple of games, instead of doing the usual deer in the headlights routine. Too bad we just didn't have any heavyweights to land some haymakers from the mound, not named Devon Smeltzer anyway. Not much of a sliver lining I know.
