    It's good to be back! It will be a blast to keep tabs on Twins prospects again after last year's shrouded-in-secrecy alternate site.

    Wow, after seeing the numbers all laid out, I wouldn't expect Cruz or Rosario back next year. Even if they plan to spend up to 100-115 mil, I would expect the majority of that to go towards a new super-utility guy, a back-up SS, one SP, and rounding out the bullpen. Doesn't leave much room for 10 mil+ sluggers.

    I don't get why they wouldn't just put Avila on the 10-day IL, retroactive to 9/2, and then use the 29th man on a pitcher. It's downright maddening that they are opting for a bullpen game in this 5 game stretch and has the potential to be a colossal mistake.

    I couldn't agree more with this post. We need a right-handed corner outfielder that can hit for power. Rooker is tailor-made for that role.

    He's going to be a fixture for years to come! What a luxury to have two ++ homegrown catchers (assuming Mitch can turn it around sooner or later).

    Looks like the Twins might need one more bullpen game on Monday, but hopefully Hill or Bailey is ready to get back in the lineup after that. Nice to have an off-day today, but tomorrow kicks off a very long stretch of games.

    Rooker is 25...it's time to see what he's got. I think the Twins could find him ABs between 1B/OF/DH.

    Weird, ESPN must have filtered it out of their broadcast. I barely hear it at all. Unrelated, but it seems like ESPN's announcers have absolutely no interest in actually calling the game, and instead have been talking about random players from around the league.

    Don't really understand all the Berrios bashing in the thread. He's not going to be a guy consistently going into the 7th inning, but that doesn't mean he's a "5" for FFS

    I think MLB should have gone with 30 man rosters all season. I know it's hard to find that many guys playing time, but with the league-wide rash of injuries, it's showing just how important regular rest is.
