Well, the only one advocating for baseball in my house is the traditionalist. I guess there will be a branch to prune.

In that case, I will probably go to radio only. Baseball games will just stop being on TV in my home. If this is where the sport "needs" to go, then it isn't a tradition worth passing down. Younger generations have so many options for entertainment. They won't miss it.

When I saw what they were going to do in the booth, I muted the TV and streamed music the whole game. You still couldn't escape it, because apparently they think people would rather have the game squeezed into 2/3 of the screen while also having three distracting boxes of guys sitting in chairs running their mouths.
