Dang....I wish i didn't even read that recap....depressing for the most part.
-
I was trying to find something positive to write about.......I came up with nothing. I don't know how to post a poll....but how about this one??? Worse play by play announcer? Dan Gladden or The A's female play by play lady. ????????

Anybody got video of Outman dogging it???
-
He might be the closer.....SMH
-
Buxton doesn't exactly light the world on fire with clutch hits.....
-
Nick Kurtz----one year of minor league baseball and just CRUSHING it.... Why can't we get lucky with a college bat like that....Sabato, Larnach, Wallner, etc....
-
I understand what you're saying, but if he's not getting AB's now with the current catching situation, I don't see it happening later IMO

How can anyone think Pareda is in the Twins plans when he hasn't even gotten an AB since June with the Twins....all the while they are letting Gasper catch???? And...wow!!! Watching that throw from Tait makes me wonder what could be in the future....it sure would be nice to have a catcher with a cannon behind the plate.

Post Trade Deadline Tank Thread

I'm glad that Paddock is enjoying the kitchen with the Tigers. The Twins are enjoying watching him throw slop for another team rather than theirs. -

I. follow the Saints and the TD minor league write-up on a fairly regular basis....and I've NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS GUY.....SMH -
So?

Wanna bet??? No way they trade Ryan and Pablo before next season......It would have already happened.
-
Huh???? Two part-time players need a day off? Cal Ripkin where art thou???
-
Trade Duran.....we got lots of closers in the wings. I'll say it for the 1000th time....9th inning is different and we have one proven guy that's got the balls to pitch it. But let's trade him away, right?
-
He's been hit hard in every one of the those last 3 appearances....make another excuse.....SMH
-
Freaking hilarious how everyone just wants to hand the closer spot to Varland.....I guarantee his stats in high leverage situations is crap (and don't tell me the 7th inning is high leverage).
-
Insane take......every team in MLB would take GG for Polanco straight up right now and this is the best Polanco has played since the trade.

ERod—-wth else can go wrong? Wrist, thumb, hip, ankle and now oblique. You can’t make it up. Ober’s stats look good, but he’s gonna get crushed in the majors if he can’t get his fastball back to 93 which it’s been in the past. Just can’t help but think it’s more than a hip. I’m hoping Keaschall is the 1B a lot in this second half. Get him ready for next year.

His AVERAGE fastball velo this year was 97 MPH....highest of any player picked so far. NICE....
-
No longer falling.....Baltimore.

But they needed a strikeout.....stupid pitch. And it was hit about 1000 mph.....
