I remember seeing this - I think it was 1987 and Will Clark was being intentionally walked and the pitch was thrown too close too the plate (very high and very outside) and Clark hit a SF to the LFer. I think that at least equals this feat of ineptitude.

In the midst of gloom and apathy. My focus is on one thing - 3 more Home Runs by Doz, and he has the single season record for a player playing the 2B position in Major League Baseball History. That is significant and worth celebrating. Taking a record from Rogers Hornsby is a big feat, Davey Johnson not so much, but saying that Johnson is probably deserved for the HOF because of his overall contributions to the game. You've got this thing Brian... you've got it!!!

I think Clinton was forced to do this because of the pressure brought on by Dump's people and their conspiracy theories. I think she needs to be super honest, she needs to address these issues at first sight. Teflon Don as they call him is a media money maker. He is a hate monger and money usurper. I hope he goes the way of the Dodo.

Of course Clinton is better than Trump. She shot herself in the foot by not addressing the email BS right away, she should have strongly distanced herself from the Clinton Foundation once she had aspirations to be the Commander in Chief a decade ago, because of the Republican conspiracy theory about her health, and it was poorly timed (for her), she should have made a public announcement that she was under the weather and needed to take a handful of days off, even if it meant missing the NY 9/11 Commemoration. We live in a day in age where mass media invades all of our lives, whether it be fair or unfair. She should of had her people in her ear, pounding it into her head over and over again about the things I mentioned. Hillary isn't just screwing herself over... she is screwing us all over. She needs to get her **** together and understand what our modern time dynamic looks like. Her strategy is not good and is hurting her a great deal. Saying that - she has my vote - I hope she wins!!!

What have we become as a nation? We are throwing out cartoon characters as our prospective presidents. This is not a joke post and I take it very seriously. On one hand you have the privileged Donald Trump, who is the worst candidate of all time. I don't know who he really is, but he clings to the mantras of fear, bigotry, and nationalism. Tomorrow his game might be different. He is not a chameleon. He is dog **** on the sole of my shoe, yet he seems to inspire a whole hell of a lot of people. This is real and definitely the case. Somewhere along the way, we really ****ed up as a society... really ****ed up. On the other hand we have Hillary Clinton. So many controversies. Her leaked emails, her health, her connections between the Clinton Foundation and the Government State Department. For crying out loud, just come clean. Tell us about these situations. If they are bad, I think people would appreciate the truth. It is sure as hell there would be backlash, but as it stands now, your candidacy is in doubt, the truth in the media's eyes becomes boring really fast. Neither of the candidates are attractive and this time around I will vote out of fear like I have done in the past. This time it is especially awful. I agree with Levi that this POTUS race could fall in Trump's favor, that horrifies me. The media focuses on extreme things, aka - Trump is in the news every day. Overall intellectual knowledge is at an all time low with the majority of the citizens of the U.S.A. We should have never come to this place where we are dumbed down so much. Our hope should fester within the void of our disappointment and new methods and ideas need to be brought to the table and forced into the establishment like a sharp knife to the heart. I don't know what is going to happen, but I do hope it benefits our future... My doubts lay heavy on me on this subject.

We live in a world of extra - scrutinization. I am not a great fan of Clinton, but she should be winning this by a grand amount. Preparing for the worst... the god awful worst... we will need people to stand up and fight. If Trumps wins, all those apposed need to show up and make it a big deal about it. Protest, riots... setting ones self on fire might be acceptable. **** Trump and let the fire burn. Let it burn bright and hot as a mutha ****a!!!

More Home Runs Dozier - more Home Runs... Please. This is my 2016 Twins Season

...and to add to my last post - let's keep cheering for Dozier to hit some more HRs and break Davey Johnson's single season record for 2Bs and lead both leagues in HRs in 2016. Those are both cool stats I can save for a rainy day and enjoy in my Memory Lane of Fond Baseball Memories - I'll take both, thank you! Please?

It's a shame for us, but this has been the "Year of the Second Baseman". Altuve wins it in the AL Murphy in the NL Just our luck Dozier goes gang busters, and will most definitely come up short. In a majority of baseball seasons this would not be the case. But, on the brighter side of things, Brian Dozier has 40 HRs and Altuve and Murphy don't... So **** them!!!

Hornsby, as awful of a person that he was, is a baseball legend. Davey Johnson had an anomaly season, but is a great baseball guy with his contributions to the game. Get after it Dozier!

I remember this day well. When the news broke, I was running a printing press and I remember the customer's job I was running. The loss of life is extreme and depressing. It is unfortunate, but nothing good came from this day that leads us to 9-11-16. It was GW Bush, but it could have been Gore, some kind of military action would have happened either way. I think we would end up in the same place anyways to a certain extent. Since WWII, our country has interfered with things they should have not. Whether it be monitory gain or other menial things. Iran being the big blemish. Maybe they US should have thrown their support into a regime that would have countered the Wahabist Saudi Arabian elites. I certainly have hope for the future of our world, but we are complicent with the crimes of today. We, along with other nations have made this a mess and it will take many decades to make a right out of the overall wrong. The United States of America is not doing itself any favors with this presidential election. I am willing to eat a spoonful of this ****, but not a gallon... Cripes!!!

Another thing is that people assume having a pet is a family tradition (it is true) but a lot of poor people have a pet. Growing up in a beaten down construct of a poor family that seen the family pet beaten with a 2x4 and kicked and beaten fist wise. Who is next? I don't feel any reason to defend myself.

You are correct. People who love and want pets will most likely take care of them and do the right thing.

That doesn't really reflect my views on pets and their well being. I just don't want that burden. It is a lot of responsibility and me and my wife are not up to it. Any pet owner would tell you "It is a sacrifice".

No worries. I will butcher it and find a way for that action to feed people. (:
