    Mark Feinsand, mlb.com, is reporting that other teams are starting to get involved in Garcia talks.

    Kepler is the man. I would imagine it would be very hard to make a trade for a controllable #2 starter without including him in it. I don't think Dozier nets much at this point. Santana may, but it's hard to trade your best pitcher. Would the Twins want to make a push for Teheran? He's been pretty good the past four years, but that's a lot of tread on a 26 year old arm. I don't want to see them pick up Sonny Gray. My guess is that the Twins acquire a reliever or two and wait to see what Gonsalves and Romero have before they move on a SP; although, we need one or two, bad.

    Lots more than the Twins have. My good friend is a Mets fan and would give deGrom away; he can't stand him. I wish he was their GM... Mets have a top 5 prospect SS at AAA; maybe they'd play Gordon at 2B. I don't know if they'd be interested in Gonsalves or Romero. Our OF's wouldn't probably entice them. They need a 3B and will probably need a 2B. C is a need. 1B... Gordon, Krillhoff, Garver, Diaz, Wade? Kind of a quantity over quality thing... Reminds me of a trade about ten years ago....

    In all reality the front office should give two ****s what his reason for signing was. The Twins are in contention for a playoff spot and there should be no reason to give grace starts because the guy is a veteran.

    I don't think he gets out of the second inning. Twins get crushed. Lose tomorrow due to a depleted bullpen. This is/will be/was a dumb move. Good thing Phish is webcasting tonight.

    Let's just hope he wasn't guaranteed a spot in the rotation. I'm sure he was, since the Mets offered to put him in the back end of their rotation, but he was afraid of being pushed to the bullpen when their injured starters return...

    He's dirty.... once he's on base. Let's hope he keeps it up cause this is a different lineup with that speed on base. Almost guaranteed a run.

    I believe Curtiss and Reed will be on the MLB team before the end of the year. Kohl Stewart? Let's see how he does the rest of the way. I could see a team taking a flyer on Dereck, but probably not sticking. What do you do with Burdi? Add him to the 40 and 60 day dl?

    Carlson to Twins. Deal was made that's why the took Lewis. I'd bet his camp is saying that he won't sign if they pick him. No reason why he'd be on the board still.

    Kind of pisses me off that they keep sending out those coupons. I've.l been a subscriber every year for the last eight years and pay full price every year. Why can't they offer a promotion to returning customers before the seasons. Kinda bullsh!t if you ask me.
