    The extra inning rule is stupid. S basically there's no overtime in baseball anymore. If they want to limit the amount of extra innings, then make the runner come for the 12th inning. At least that's how the Twins have lost; via some stupid rule.

    Well, I think we all knew Donaldson would land on the IL at some point, just not in the first inning of the first game. Buxton is sick, not hurt, and I would guess the same is with Arraez.

    How bad do you think Baddoo would have to perform for the Tigers to send him back to the Twins?

    Where'd Shoemaker come from? He's looked pretty solid so far. I know, it's only a couple innings.

    That's a product of a stupid rule. Dobnak was not the problem. Strikeouts are needed in that situation. Mishandling of the bullpen. There's 161 games to go. If a game like this happened in game 54, no panicking would ensue. Robles looked solid. Kepler had a great game. Buxton too. Maeda had 1 long inning, but other than that wasn't awful. Rogers was solid. Arraez was fine. Lots of positives to take away from the game.

    The bullpen was fine outside of Colome.

    Feel the Twins made a mistake with parting ways with their cleanup hitter. Prospects are just that until they prove it in the MLB. Hopefully Kirilloff can somewhat replace Rosario.

    Jake was really good for the first half of 2019 and was good the second half of 2019. Got a good pay day, and had a rough 2020. Maybe 1 year and a vesting option with like 150 IP. I don't know about his price tag. 17 million was way to high even for his 2019 production. I'd probably try to do 8 million this year and the vesting option for 14.

    He's pinch running because he can score on a single placed properly. Even unhealthy he's twice as fast as Cruz.
