    That’s absurd. There’s literally a team that isn’t San Diego what, two hours drive time away from you? And San Diego is in a different state with a five hour drive. MLB blackout rules are so mind-bogglingly stupid.

    I was a huge supporter of anyone who rolled the dice on Bellinger last offseason. He was a really good bet, as he's still a 1-2 WAR player even if he doesn't hit. But if he hits, he can easily be a 5+ WAR player for $17m or whatever the Cubs paid him.

    Yeah, I really enjoyed that segment.

    I almost voted for the Urshela/Sanchez trade as the second-best but ultimately the Odorizzi trade was so lop-sided that it won. I’d put that Yankees trade as the third-best, probably followed by the Duran trade. This front office has made several really nice trades amongst the clunkers.

    I’m purely evaluating these trades on the results. The thinking behind the Pressly trade was far more questionable for sure.

    Oh, I’m not bashing the Mahle trade. I wholly supported it at the time. But given the results, it was an objectively bad trade.

    Yeah, I've watched several Wesneski starts this season. I think he has the potential to be good in the future but he ain't quite there yet.

    The Mahle trade is still worse because those prospects had value that could have been traded elsewhere. In return, the Twins essentially received zero value from Mahle. Actually negative value once you factor in his salary.

    Wesneski is a good young arm but far from unhittable. The Twins need to get to him today.
