I've always wanted a convertible... So I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart. I can't seem to get out of my own way!

This guy who works for me is a big dude and he drives a Mini Cooper.

 

Watching him get in is a treat and I swear I hear the car say something snide when he opens the door.

I'm kind of reaching the point where I just don't want to climb in and out of a little car anymore, let alone driving a manual in Chicago traffic, which I don't have to do every day, thankfully. But 4 1/2 yrs on a car is not long enough yet to think about another one. I like having no payments and am hoping to like that for another 8-10 yrs.

Had my eye on a Mercedes CLK350 convertible. But rear wheel drive is just not practical around here in the winter and I really dont want to have to buy something else to drive in the winter. I had an old Blazer I drove winters when I owned the Mustang.

Well, my 4-year-old neighbor has decided its warm enough for a convertible .... has his new bike out (with tiny little training wheels).

Ben Revere... I would have made the trade and I'd still make the trade today... Even after Vance Worley looked horrible last year.

I am really looking forward to seeing the finished stadium. Was there at Christmas time, couldn't get anywhere as it was still a construction zone.

Yeah, I'm anxious to see the improvements to Hammond, too. Thinking I may try sitting in those outfield areas. I missed going to ST last year for the first time in several years. I like to go toward the end, though, when the minor league rosters are a bit closer to being set.

I like all times for different reasons. This ST will be the 14th in a row ... 18th, 19th over all. Yeah ... I want to try and sit everywhere and try out all the 'new' spaces.

So far my flight is on time. The incoming flight left early. Just have to get through the security at Midway which is worse than O'Hare ...
