Sorry if this is posted somewhere but I can't find it, but I guess Herandez was waived and already cleared waivers (shocking, I know). He has been outrighted to Rochester, which in my opinion is terribly vindictive as they aren't even playing baseball there this time of year. Have a nice winter scraping ice off your windshield Pedro!
