Jeremy's Roster and Payroll Thread

Would it be possible to put Jeremy's thread on Roster Info and Payroll permanently on the top with the comment policy or to add an option for resources? I find it to be a great resource and would like to refer to the thread for info sometimes when making comments, but it's extremely difficult to hunt it down.

I don't know if they want to sticky it, but that article is always accessible from the site's main page using the "Roster & Payroll" link on the menu bar.
