tony&rodney Old-Timey Member Posted August 18 Posted August 18 Interesting timing. Since August 1 when Marek Houston went 2-5, he has gone 8-45. Houston has had a really good year but has hit the wall recently. Marek did quite a bit of work to address his swing last offseason. I suspect he will work on strength and flexibility this offseason as normal preparation for the 2027 season. Houston is likely to get his opportunity at AAA next April. How he performs at AAA will decide whether he gets a call next year or in 2028. Maybe the Twins are impressed by him in Spring Training.
Marek Houston Wichita Wind Surge - AA SS On Saturday, Houston went 3-for-5 and scored two runs. After a short slump, he is now back over .290 on the season. Explore Marek Houston News >
