I honestly don't believe that they should count on Buxton being healthy the rest of the season. It would not be a bad idea to get somebody other than GRAY via a trade. I am not saying that Buxton is faking it. ....but how can a team count on a revolving door to IL?

The 9pm games are good for me because I'm really old, retired, and can do other things that need my attention all the way up until game time. I'm watching baseball most nights until midnight anyways.

I don't think Buxton is faking it either.  I have a running theory that both Buxton and Lewis always believe they are better physically than they are and never truly heal from their injuries.  They end up coming back too early and getting reinjured right away.  I'm not sure how the Sept 1st playoff deadline works.  If Buxton can come back prior to Sept 1st, that would be enough for me.  It does sound like they are taking it slow this time with Buxton.  A week before he does any baseball activities is what I read and then go from there.

How often do you see it? The guy who makes the first put out of the inning hits a leadoff homer in the bottom half?

Agree...but if he comes back in a week and ends up down again...Uffdah..with some other injury ...I do see a difference between Lewis and Buxton...honestly....it is getting a bit much after all these years...regardless. it would be a good idea to get a potential hitter via a trade even if it is for just a couple of months. They need some hitting ...not just pitching help...
