I agree with you that, if this was up to merit, Funderburk should stay up here, and Rogers should be allowed to retire gracefully so he doesn't get DFA'd. The Twins have shown over and over again that they refuse to release a guy they believe can provide them assistance and have no options left.

Rodney29 Verified Member Posted August 1 Posted August 1 The performance of our bullpen has been lights out in July. The results are so much better than the first two months of the season. They still are going to blow up on occasion in August and September and lose some leads but all teams will experience that in the next two months. But let’s appreciate the performance improvement of the bullpen during the last 45 days. Hawk has done a nice job coaching the bullpen.
