It is so hard to get excited about this team when they make a move like this.  Tell me one thing that Gray does to help this team.  And if it is because LH, I don't care.  If they try to put him at SS and Kreidler in CF against RH pitching, you better keep the remote away from me because it may go thru the tv..

Kreidler is someone who can play CF when you are playing musical chairs at the end of the game.  How many shallow fly balls dropped in when he was in CF due to him not taking control.   And there were almost a couple of collisions as well.

I would love for someone on here try to seriously defend this move.  Gray isn't even a major league caliber player, that has been established.

Ideal outcome is a Dobnak-Ryan pitching duel through 6 innings. After that the Twins light up the Royals bullpen to win 6-0 and then we acquire Dobnak to bolster the pitching staff.😀

I’ve got nothing. Walker Jenkins would have been ideal. If not, I’d rather see Wallner again over Gray. Kaelen Culpepper I’ll give a little slack on since he hasn’t played in the field since returning from injury.

Call up anybody but Gray. We have Jenkins, Culpepper, Mendez, Gonzalez, and even Wallner all performing in AAA and we call up Tristian Gray? Why!!!!! Does not make sense at all.

I agree about Culpepper.  But Zoll saying last night he was in buy mode, then he makes this move.  How much more contradictory can he be.

Culpepper I can understand not calling up. He was just activated five days ago and has yet to play the field, D.H.ing in all of his game thus far. I really don't understand Gray over Jenkins or really anyone else. Gray wasn't even hitting that well in AAA. He was slashing .286/.333/.429 with 0 home runs and only 1 RBI in 14 at-bats.

Right. Wallner is better. Culpepper is, but I get that one. Heck, just call up Emma......he's "healthy" for a few days.

I get that they don't like not having a back-up SS, but Lee can play there and has played there and no one died. Calling up Gray over Jenkins is ridiculous.

Is Emma back now? I just wrote him off being injured the rest of the season and haven’t kept tabs on him
