jay Provisional Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 My first thought to the picture:"Why is Justin Morneau pitching in a Red Wings uniform?"Oh, wait.
IdahoPilgrim Provisional Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 I know this is nitpicking, but they don't have a lead in the wild card race as the article states. They are even with Norfolk, and Norfolk has the advantage based on winning pct%. Still, quite impressive for Rochester to even being neck-and-neck with a playoff place.

Brandon Verified Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Dont forget about the impendeing demotion of Diamond to add to the mix in AAA.
Waverley Wildcat Provisional Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Not only pitching rotation, infielders struggle to get 2 games in a row

Jeremy Nygaard Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 23, 2013 Author Posted July 23, 2013 Except now the Red Wings have a 1/2 game lead over Norfolk, who was postponed
chuchadoro Provisional Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I had forgotten about Blackburn and actually got excited about him for a moment. I then realized how far my expectations have fallen in a few short years. Now I'm sad.
twinstalker Verified Member Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I think Andrew Albers will be pitching for the Twins yet this season. I assume he's either on the 40 or needs to be placed there next year, so that's not an impediment (there are many candidates for DFA).
