I was always against turning him into a bullpen arm after the Twins chose Mick Abel as the 5th starter out of spring training.

Zebby did struggle to start the season but has put up quite a few good starts for ST Paul to earn a promotion.

A team can never have enough starters and they aren't even half way through May. Unless a starter only has 2 plus pitches they should remain starters and resist the urge to use them to fix the ailing bullpen.
