SoCalTwinsfan Verified Member Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 I looked at the best and worst performances for the Twins in June. Rookie Oswaldo Arcia was called up on June 11 when Aaron Hicks went on the disabled list, and Arcia had an immediate impact. He batted .328/.394/.500 with two home runs and 10 RBIs. However, the biggest impact in the month of June came from an unexpected source: second baseman Brian Dozier. You can read the rest of Minnesota Twins' Youth Movement Highlights .500 June at Yahoo! Sports. Is this just a month fluke (or even four-game fluke) for Dozier? Should we be concerned about Jared Burton?
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Yeah, I'd like to see Willingham get a DL stint to rest that knee. He's hurting the team right now and would give the team a chance to give regular at bats to test Arcia and Parmelee.
