I think a sale could be really good, but could also be devastating. How long after he bought the North Stars did it take Norm Green to move the team? Three years?

I know the Twins' nice stadium is good insurance, but I'm still a little nervous.

The current lease on Target Field is through 2039 and they are trying to add another 20 years onto that now.  So that keeps the team a little safe from the threat of moving. I'm sure there is some fine print in there how they could break the lease.
