The Winter Meltdown Returns: Everything You Need to Know About Tickets, Guests, and More

The Winter Meltdown is back with a fresh location, an exclusive pint glass, special guests, and plenty of surprises! Here's how to get your tickets and join the fun. Don't miss this unparalleled event for Twins fans!

When and Where 
The event will be on Saturday, January 25, from 4 to 7 PM at a new location in downtown Minneapolis. That is also the weekend of TwinsFest, and this new location is just blocks from Target Field, so you can attend TwinsFest and walk over for the cherry on top.

If you're heading to TwinsFest on Saturday, make sure to cap off your day at the Winter Meltdown. Planning to catch the Timberwolves vs. Nuggets NBA matinee at Target Center (tip-off at 2:00 PM)? Swing by afterward for even more fun. No plans yet for Saturday the 25th? Now you have some – an evening of baseball excitement and more.

What 
Each ticket comes with:

1. Two free craft beers
2. A free Winter Meltdown pint glass with our 2025 design.
3. Entry into our door prize raffle
4. Just loads of Hot Stove camaraderie (or commiseration) as we get geared up for the start of the 2025 season.
5. Aaron Gleeman and John Bonnes will interview at least two guests on stage, who will also take some time to visit with our community. Previous guests include Kent Hrbek, Trevor Plouffe, Joe Nathan, Michael Cuddyer, and LaTroy Hawkins.

How/Tickets
Hundreds of people have previously wanted to attend this exclusive event, but this year, we only have 200 tickets available. You will likely need to become (or know) a Twins Daily Caretaker to get a ticket.

1. Each caretaker gets a free ticket to the Meltdown. 
2. Caretakers can buy up to three additional tickets for just $20

The Caretakers take care of Twins Daily, and we want to take care of them, so to give them the best chance, we're limiting the tickets to them, at least for now. If you want to join Twins Daily's Caretakers, you can do so for as low as $4/month. You get exclusive content, other benefits, and support from our hard-working writers, moderators, and tech guys. We would LOVE to have you join us. 

Can I Just Buy A Ticket?
Maybe? If our Caretakers don't sell this thing out, we'll offer general admission tickets the week of the event. They'll be $60 apiece.
