Comment still stands. Because in his ‘being sarcastic’ edit, he manages to say something about the strikeouts. Yeah, because Rocco is the one taking the at bats. Seriously, this poster thinks every last thing in a game is Rocco’s fault. There are things you could point to, but players execution or lack thereof is on the players.

Fair enough. At the end of the day, it is a wasted opportunity and the Twins give Cleveland life. Better take care of business against the Mets.

So if the Twins didn't sweep both series against Cleveland that's a fail, lol? With expectations like that you guarantee disappointment. Seems pointless.

Baseball stats? You mean like your stats about Polancos month of Aug and if he could sustain it would be one of the greatest years ever by a 2nd baseman. Like a .300 avg with an .880 OPS. Someone mentioned Rogers Hornsby who only hit .356 and had a 1.010 career avg and OPS. Like those stats?

Cleveland is still breathing, but it will take an incredible run for them to challenge the Twins and the Twins would have to pretty much fall on their faces. Not impossible, but the 99% chance that the Twins would win the division is probably on the mark. 

The Twins did the best job they ever have against Ramirez (that I can remember). 8-46 with no homers and only 3 RBI. So they didn't let the opponent's best player beat them.

What does that have to do with them being able to execute? Unless you are trying to say the sign Rocco is giving players is to strike out, which I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what you think. Give it a rest.
