glunn Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 This seems like a safe opportunity for Cole Sands to shine.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Alright Cole, let’s see what you got!
bighat Verified Member Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Just randomly checking scores around the league, and see that the Reds are down 5-0 already in the 1st inning of their ballgame. Colorado is still batting and the starting pitcher has been lifted already. Reds are 3-18 this year. April can be cruel, season's over already in Cincy.

Considering the talent they jettisoned this offseason, that shouldn't be much of a surprise. They may get better as the season progresses, but it probably shouldn't be a shock to see them struggle early.
wabene Verified Member Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 What, Winder out for the 6th? Rocco grinding another starter to pulp. ?

PDX Twin Verified Member Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Coal Sands sounds like a Superfund site.

I feel for their few remaining fans.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2022 Author Posted May 1, 2022 I liked this game better when it wasn't as interesting.

glunn Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Sands might benefit from a mound visit if he keeps this up.
wabene Verified Member Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 I like how fast these young starters work. I remember rooting and rooting for Gibby to put it all together. And rooting. And rooting.... Nibble nibble

glunn Community Moderator Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 Glad to see Sands get out of that. Now we need insurance run(s).
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2022 Author Posted May 1, 2022 Hopefully he's got his heart rate under 3000bpm now.
snotboogie Verified Member Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 All he has to do is get past 6, 7 and 8 next inning.
