Meyer, Hicks and Arcia are pretty much tied at #3 for me.

If Rosario can stay at 2nd base, he has a legit case for top five in the system. When was the last time we had an everyday 2nd baseman? Nevermind a second baseman who can hit over .250. Saying all of that, I put him at 6, ahead of pitching prospects Berrios, Gibson, and May. It will be interesting to see where the two newcomers to the system rank as well. I have a feeling a lot of fans will wishfully put May and Meyer higher than they probably should be.
