FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Thought they were trying to speed the game up!!!
operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 What the EFF is going on?
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Umps waiting for test results?
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 what the heck was that all about?
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Author Posted August 2, 2020 This doesn't have anything to do with new reliever rules, does it?
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Looks like that was nothing more than a waste of time
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Author Posted August 2, 2020 It was the old 1-2- 3 inning.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Author Posted August 2, 2020 Had 4 in the fridge i needed to use up. I always try to treat ketchup as a dipping sauce for corndogs, and the corn bread casing tries to fail me.

sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Author Posted August 2, 2020 I feel like i should be contributing more puns... Sorry. I guess i been behaving like i am on vacation so far. I'll try to return from my outing next inning.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Author Posted August 2, 2020 Did you make them yourself?Nah. Store bought. I just wrapped 'em in paper towels and tossed 'em in a microwave.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 So if the managers, coaches and umpires knew the rules, they wouldn’t have to hold the game up in the 5th inning to clarify, what a waste of time
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Do we still have a challenge left, from four innings earlier. I’d say they used it asking that question after so much time elapsed.
Channing1964 Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Am I the only one that is thinking that Alomar never questioned whether the ball Kepler hit was fair or foul I am sure they wanted to see if it was a ground rule double or not. Therefore they won that challenge. No way they could see from the third base dugout where it hit. The actions of Santana made everybody wonder. He saw it go out of play. Alomar just backed him up..and correctly so. Come on Dick Bremer.
PDX Twin Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 I feel like we're Wisl-ing past the graveyard a bit using the shaky end of our bullpen in a close game.
Channing1964 Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 that Wisler guy may be okay.....
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Nice job by Wisler, and the two previous pitchers to get through the bulk of this game. Now turn it over to the backend guys. Offense needs to do what they haven't done thus far and add on some runs late

70charger Verified Member Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 Duffey's on fire lately. By my count that's 12 outs and 8 strikeouts.
