Is anyone having problems accessing TD and getting "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error?

I suspect this is only me because of some of the settings I have and the permissions I have with the server but I just want to make sure it's isolated to me, as it has been happening for a week but only on specific devices and only on my personal network.

 

Again, the error seems specific to Chrome and it's:

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

 

(and before anyone chimes in, I already know the solution on a personal level, I just want to make sure it's not widespread)
