Apparently a journeyman catcher acquired from the Braves along with Jaime Garcia who of course was then traded to the Yankees. What can you tell me about Recker, his potential service to the organization and his potential to be a September call up? Thanks.

Pretty much. By men and women. When he came to the Braves last year, Mets and Indians fans both mentioned it to Braves Reddit forums, so it's a fairly well-established thing.

I vote we nickname him "Crash".  And, should he make it up to the show for a few games, I wish him the best when "you never touch your own luggage and all the women have long legs."

I am a Braves fan, but I got a lot of the info due to covering the Braves, specifically the Braves minor league system. No idea why or how it got started, just that it did...
