Does anybody know where to find individual player game logs for advanced defensive statistics? I couldn't find it in fangraphs. They obviously update season total advanced defense stats daily, but don't have defensive stat game logs.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are any advanced defensive game logs.  More accurately, it would probably have to be a play log, but I agree that such a thing would be interesting!

Where are people doing their analysis of Statcast info?

 

I was trying (and failing) to lookup the catch probability of the play on Monday night when Buxton laid out for that ball, that he didn't catch.

 

I think it was Gomez's double in the 3rd or Napoli's double in the 2nd.

Perhaps not? That's Hit Probability, and it's based solely on launch angle and exit velocity:

Catch Probability would involve distance and hangtime, so it takes into account the location/direction of the ball and the fielder:
