I  decided to look at the waiver wire of my fantasy league. 

 

And there was Giancarlo Stanton still available. 

 

Guess my league is kinda slow. 

 

He's gone now... I got him.

And hope Perez is okay.

 

In my zeal for Butera, i overlooked that Perez was hit by a pitch.

 

Vargas flew out for Plouffe, by the way.

LaBombo, haven't seen you posting for awhile.  It's just not the same without the great photos.  I even wrote about you and Riverbrian on the game thread intro on the 31st.  

Missed you and the rest of the TD crew too. Had some vacation time I needed to use up, and also wanted to help TD avoid bandwidth overage charges the last week of August.

 

Just read your game thread intro for the 31st in the archive - great work on the poster scouting reports!  The profile you did for me was awesome, thanks!

 

And don't worry about me having trouble finding D&D players.  Plenty of folks to be recruited while working at my part-time gig as Ren Fest jousting sanitation engineer.

Sorry, gotta say it. Kintzler is having a bad stretch lately, coinciding with pitching him multiple innings. So of course he should pitch multiple innings again tonight?! Couldn't they have brought up a few more pitchers to coast into year-end?

I left that out on purpose.  We've all been through enough this year.  Didn't want to BS anyone.
