I saw he was pulled from a DSL game several days ago and has not returned to the line-up.  I assume he's injured.  Anyone heard any confirmation or severity?

I think Seth tweeted something about a minor hamstring strain... but I could be wrong.

I wondered about that.  I believe Javier just turned 17, and the Twins seem reluctant to bring Latinos to the states until they turn 18.  Is there a minimum age in the GCL?  I saw be have a couple freshly minted 18 year olds on the roster.

The Twins have pushed Sano and some others up to the GCL the year after they sign. It's rare. I was told earlier in the year that Javier would likely stay in the DSL the whole year though.

Yup, hamstring pull. Hopefully won't be out too much longer.

Same hamstring, re-aggravated a couple of games into his return. He's out for the season and he'll participate in Instructs in the Dominican.

Boo, was hopeful to see him in Instructs in a couple of weeks.  Tentative schedule I got was that the Twins players report on 9/14 while the BoSox report 9/18.  Already know that Ynoa won't be apart of it was hoping to see Javier stateside.
