The Twins had Stuart Turner; Adam Brett Walker II; and Nick Burdi on the field in this AFL televised game.  It was shown via stream on MLB official site.  Essentially it was a televised TV game.

Burdi closed out the ninth with 2 K's and Walker was 2-4 with a HBP - single - K - Flyout to deep RCF - and a 3 Run Bomb (450 feet).   Turner had some good swings but right at people.

The nice part is you can fastforward game to what you want to watch :)

2:06 ish for those who want to skip to the HR porn.  Burdi pitches soon after.

pfft... More like 2:08.  ;)

Thanks for finding that though.  That is a fun HR to watch.

I watched a bit of this when it was on Monday, but I had to go do something and didn't think Walkre/Turner would get up again... That was a blast by Walker. He's seriously has the most power in the organization. Sano and he are close, but it might just be Walker. I watched him quite a bit this year online. There are some games and at bats where he does a really nice job of laying off breaking pitches. Then there are games he looks silly. But he is must-watch!

And, Burdi throwing fastballs 97-100 with the slider 89-91, and sharp... CRazy!

This is great to see.  Thanks Seth for the alert- it looks like we'll soon have another to add to the Spring Training Power Trio (Sano, Arcia, Vargas).  Do we know yet if ABW is getting the ST Invite?

In addition:

-Turner also tossed a guy out at 3rd base (He's now 4-6 in CS in the AFL).

-Taylor Rogers also got back up on his horse and threw 5 shutout IP yesterday and Garver got another hit in the same game extending his hit streak.

They'll invite non-roster guys in mid-to-late December. Walker won't need an invite because he's an easy choice to add to the 40 man roster after this season.

Turner is tremendous behind the plate. Rogers has been very good with the exception of one inning that he gave up four runs...

Now THAT Burdi certainly looks like a top-5 prospect! While I love the crazy radical left-turn that Meyer's off-speed pitch takes, Burdi's downward bite looks more playable in the MLB.

Thanks for posting this - those commentators sounded more excited to watch Walker II than me.

Walker and Stuart both look very strong.

Wish they had had this league the 4 years I lived in Tempe.

3 pitches- 100 MPH

2 pitches- 99 MPH

4 out of 5 were strikes.

But you're right, when the slider looks as good as it did on Monday the  kid's unhittable.

He looks like a totally different player than he was for much of the season.

Just did a quick Gameday look-in....

ABW does it again.  His 3rd HR in the AFL, giving his team the lead, 5-4.  He's now 3-3 on the day, 3 RBI, a triple short of the cycle.

Any chance that this game will be broadcasted by MLB?

I think the only way would be if it's live, but I'm not sure.
