My least favorite thing about Punto was his 'fake hustle' baserunning.

 

On a popup he would run hard until the out was recorded, with total disregard for where he'd have ended up on a misplay.

 

What friggin' good does it do to get thrown out at second on the off chance that a fielder does muff a routine play?

Oh, you don't know about moral victories?  ;)

Golly, winning streaks are fun. Looked up when the Twins won their 64th game last year, and it took an extra 26 games to do so. This has been the most enjoyable season in many years.

I'm all for Buxton bunting as much as possible because he turns sacrifices into hits

I don't mind it as much...I guess. But dozier? Give me a break, he shouldn't bunt unless it's 0-0 in game 7, 9th inning of the World Series with a guy on 2nd.
