See ... now Hunter's at bat is what you'd expect from a rookie wanting it too bad ...

Is it my imagination, or does it seem like Hunter is trying to hit a 5-run HR every at bat?

Looking at this lineup and thinking, if you put Oswaldo Arcia in there at DH, you then move Rosario to bat second behind Dozier, where Rosario hits really well, and have Arcia bat right behind Sano. Crank up the pressure!

That also lets Joe Mauer sit out a game, which is not a bad idea at this point in the season.

Again Miguel Sano shows mature discipline at the plate, taking a walk instead of flailing at junk. I see a pattern developing here. Pitchers would rather walk Sano than give him a pitch to hit with 3 balls. I suspect that this pattern will continue for the next 18 years or so...

Sano fields a 3-hop grounder, makes an easy play to end the inning! Hey rookie, you gonna keep that ball, too? Fielding percentage: 1.00!

Bonnes is saying Hunter looks like he might be limping

Anything being said about that in the broadcast?

He fouled a ball off his ankle in that AB and was in visible pain.

Didn't he foul two off ... one on the ankle, one on the foot?

Anybody else notice that Aaron Hicks is swinging a man's bat lately?

Line drive double! Damn, he crushed that ball like Dave Winfield! Put a dent in the outfield wall!

And that's swinging leftie!

Yeah, but I think it was the first one that got him pretty good.

Rub some dirt on it.

Remember when the Twins drafted Levi Michael? They thought Michael would become exactly what Brian Dozier is today - a dominant player at 2nd or 3rd base.

Beautiful pitch by Jimenez for strike three on the Doz. Hat tip.

It was a really nice pitch.  Dozier knew it immediately.
