Good for him. If he's in the lineup tomorrow night, he'll get to face Kevin Corriea.

Chris Parmelee has as many HRs as Joe Mauer does, and Parmelee has played in just 3 games.

 

I'm not trying to say Parmelee would be a better 1B than Mauer, but he's a guy who can bat .250 with 10 HRs in the majors, so he's more of a bench bat.

 

And yes, I still do have a Twins Parmelee jersey. I'm not sure what to do with it. Donate it to Goodwill? Burn it? Just keep on wearing it?
