Alphabetical Standings

From the out of left field department. I just noticed that the Current Standings in the AL Central are exactly Alphabetical.

 

CHicago

CLeveland

DEtroit

KAnsas City

MInnesota

 

Personally, I have a problem with this and would be prefer if the standings were reverse Alphabetical.

 

Obviously, this will be a heavy discussion topic. Let the discussion begin!!!

If I did the math right, one time in 120 this should happen at random. That's like a million-to-one odds!

With just 4, 5, or 6 teams in a division it can't be all that rare for the standings to go alphabetical on a random day of the season. Nevertheless, good observation.
