Jeff Johnson from The Gazette in Cedar Rapids posted a Q&A with Twins minor league coordinator Brad Steil. They talk about the difficulties that the team has had this year but also about some of the guys who have stepped up. Jeff asked him about the pitch counts of Lewis Thorpe and Kohl Stewart throughout this year. He also talked about the extension of the PDC between the Twins and Cedar Rapids.
