Trading draft picks question

Does anyone know which compensation picks can be traded, what numbers they are in this draft and, lastly, if the Twins have had any conversations about trading to get one?

I'm pretty sure the only comp picks than can be traded are the competitive balance picks. I don't really see the Twins aquring one. I could see a competitive balance team trading one near the deadline if they needed a guy to fill out a spot, but any competitive balance team that isn't very good is going to want to keep the picks.

 

Not sure what the Twins would have to offer to get one.
