We've been hearing this all year, and I think it's overblown. Yeah, he's had a down year due to QB play, but that can change quickly. They JUST showed the graphic about Jefferson's yards per game per QBs for his career, and Carson Wentz, not Sam Darnold, was #2.
In case we've forgotten, the Wentz era was with the Vikings here in 2025 and he was a backup QB that at most got a shrug from Vikings fans. Jefferson doesn't need a top end QB to thrive, and the team will almost certainly be looking for something with a Wentz-esque floor in 2026.
Now I PERSONALLY require a top end QB, but if we're worried about Jefferson getting upset about his production, that's going to be an easy fix.
