  1. Correa leading off, eh? The hot hitting has earned him a promotion!
  2. I planned ahead and made chicken earlier!
  3. Perhaps that's why they were so disinterested with bringing him on as another assistant hitting coach?
  4. Right there with you. Happy to be wrong about it.
  5. They don't know what they're missing! The Chief joke hits just keep coming!
  6. Jorge Lopez reinstated, Headrick sent down to AAA.
  7. So you're saying that baseball is supposed to be...fun?
  8. I guess that's why they play the game? That's crazy.
  9. Happy 4th of July, game threaders! Have a enjoyable and safe holiday! Let's keep the bats rolling, fellas!
  10. Like @nicksaviking, since they've made it virtually impossible to watch, I'm watching on the radio or on GameDay. If it weren't for game threads, I'd probably have checked out already.
  11. Congratulations on the AS nod, Sonny!

  12. Exactly. I'm not trying to dis Arraez either. I respect his bat and he's fun to watch, but he's not the only thing this lineup needs. He's one of several pieces needed.
  13. Arraez isn't the offensive savior a lot of people around here want him to be. Sure, you can rattle off individual hitting stats all you want, but I haven't seen anyone show me that he's creating more runs. Someone else has to drive him in. This team has a major issue with driving runners in, so I fail to see how his presence moves the needle any meaningful amount. He'd most likely just end up another tally in the LOB column like every other base runner they get on. I liked Arraez, but I just don't buy that he's the fix all everyone wants him to be. This offense is far more flawed than one guy or one high OBP guy. They need to fix far more than that. They aren't just one hitter away from being legit.
  14. Good point! And you could make another gravy option from the ink!
  15. It's good that they're finally being encouraged to participate in as many sports as possible.
  16. Wait till we tell you that the octopus behind him had 8!
  17. I think you may have missed a comment...
  18. Not that I'm shocked by this, but no Kirilloff and/or Julien makes me a sad panda.
