    Interesting idea. He's the only major hold over from the Jim Hendry era. The problem is, I don't think anyone is going to be leaving the Cubs front office until after they win a world series or start losing again.

    I feel for the guy. A few years ago, I did the exact same thing while playing softball. My event was closer to a line drive, and it was in the outfield, but there was a smaller audience. My reaction was different as well. That marked my personal record for "loudest I've ever yelled an expletive."

    Driving on the Autobahn is quite the experience. I got to do that a few years ago, but it in an Opal Astra... I didn't get the speedometer to go quite as high as you. It was still fun though. My first experience on the Autobahn was when I was 16. I was an exchange student and had been the country for about 45 minutes before I was picked up by my friend and his father. We hopped in his BMW (5 series, I believe) and before I knew it, we were going 215kph (133.5 mph). They continued to have a calm conversation in the front as I held on for dear life. Willkommen in Deutschland!
