    And just for Circus Boy, after 1 the score is 0-0. Twins went down in order in the top half, the Red Sox made Boyer work, but he did the job. So far.

Should be a good game ... and it's televised! Yay! Well, not sure about locally but it will be on the MLB Network so I can actually watch it on my television, which I prefer to the computer or my iPad. As we are nearing the start of the season, just reminding everyone who is interested and starting and leading a game thread to please contact Chief with the dates you are interested in doing. Brian will bring us his usual '5 Things to Think About' for every series opener, but we are hoping for participation from our many posters for other games. There are quite a few! Check this thread for more information and dates available. And continue to check as the season progresses as we realize it's difficult to commit to being a game thread volunteer now for a game in August. Thanks all!

    I'm not sure why a Joe Bensen thread needs to be in the Twins talk area anymore. It's being moved. And a moderator warning ... do not turn another thread into a bash/defend the FO. Please, everyone, do a little better to not make posts antagonistic towards one another and please try and keep the constant bash/defend stuff pertinent. A discussion on Joe Bensen isn't pertinent to that, imho. A peripheral? Maybe, but don't turn every thread into the peripheral discussion.

    Looking at Game Day ... 3 up, 3 down. I was like big dog above ... a lengthened 7th inning stretch. (And the game wasn't televised on either side.) But I see Stauffer gave up a run in one inning of work. Hmmm. If they keep him ... well, that to me would be far worse than any of the other decisions, imho. (Unless he is strictly a mop up guy; but even then ...)
