And a GunsNRoses cover ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvrogxMHmlg I like all of these songs better by this group. A Finnish bluegrass band ... whoda thunk it

    They don't just cover AC/DC ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JFb_aOn6rc

Here's another, same band ... for TN because, well, hockey ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZS12RiBQ3o

Okay ... that Schwab ad keeps running ... got a pic of it this time ...
  5. Squirrel
What's new about it? Looks like it always did, doesn't it?
  6. Squirrel
    Yeah ...
  7. Squirrel
Oh, and it's in the top right position this time.

Brock ... that same block of ads is doing all kinds of sound ads ... now I'm getting a Schwab ad and it's jumping my page up to the top ... very annoying.

I'm sure there are a few here who already knew I'd post this one ... bluegrass meets hard rock ... THIS is what covers should be ... take a song and put it into your own style, even into a different genre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4Ao-iNPPUc And not only that ... these guys are musicians of the first-rate, unlike Pearl Jam.

Books I think are terrible that the world seems to love: Anything by Dan Brown, especially 'The Da Vinci Code.' The movie was so so, kinda meh, but I love Audrey Tautou and Jean Reno so that saved it for me. But the book? AWFUL!

With any series that goes on for what feels like infinity, even if I liked it initially, I'm usually out after a few years. There are only so many story lines and they usually get recycled time and time again but with other characters. That said ... it's 'Grey's Anatomy.'

Married with Children. It was awful. It's still awful.
  14. Squirrel
Lol ... I didn't watch that one, either.
  15. Squirrel
    Keep trying.

There's a sound ad for Nationwide that keeps popping up ... I never see it and it doesn't usually get past 'Na ...' or 'Nation' or sometimes 'Nationwi ...' before it goes silent, but that little bit is still annoying. I think it's in this spot where there are video ads running:

By some of the posts here I'd say some of you were still at that age.

I don't think it held up at all it's first go-round. I didn't get it.

Looks like you got your wish! Except for the rain part, but maybe that will be granted tomorrow.

I was going to say bathing beauty sunning himself.

    <hic> What?
  22. Squirrel
Is it still masochism if I'm just too numb to feel the pain and still come back?

Bicep tendonitis hurts, depending on how bad, if you've ever had it. Rest, stretching, massage, anti-inflammatories usually works for me. Edit: and ice.

I'm just wondering how Mauer hurt the team tonight? His line doesn't look too bad. Granted I wouldn't bat him that high up in the order, but that's not on him, but without his glove at first, that would hurt the team more, imo. <shrug> To each his/her own.

I'm not sure at what point in the game you said this ... but ... it was truly an understatement!
