    My theory on Sabato is being a former first round pick and the Twins having a hole the size of the Grand Canyon at 1B lets get a look.

    Vazquez is probably back by then. I still want to see Sabato and Eeles get a shot. I don't think there will be room for a pitcher, although Abel and Bradley should already be up.

    Their other catchers have been alternating between C/DH so it gave them the flexibility. But Acuna was activated today so they need the DH spot for Ozuna now.

    There's been a handful. I remember Maggi for sure, and then today Pareda was sent down without getting into a game. There was a pitcher for sure a few years ago. That pitcher was the previously written about Esmerling Vazquez.

    I'd like to see Abel and Bradley up sooner rather than later, even if it means working on the things the Twins want them to work on at AAA in the majors. Every time the Phillies were mentioned as a trade partner Abel was who I wanted back in a deal., knowing Painter was off the table. Bradley I've always been reserved but optimistic on his chances of being a middle of the pack SP and a fresh start could be what he needed. Aaron Sabato call up. Let's see what we have in the former 1st round pick. He's 26 so no reason to wait. Payton Eeles called up to be the backup IF. Feel good story. Fitzgerald and Gasper not in the future plans. Andrew Morris given a chance to throw some MLB innings. Maybe piggy back him with Abel or Bradley, or even Festa or SWR. Cody Lawyerson get a chance in the bullpen. Play the young guys and move on from the ones not in the future plans. Last thing is I'd like to see them play around .500 ball the rest of the way. Won't matter if they don't but just give us fans something decent to watch. EEDIT: One more thing please sent Julien back to St. Paul.
